- knowledge of desktop PC applications including Windows 9x, Windows NT & 2000, and XP Workstation and MS Office
- understanding of networks, operating systems, and installation procedures

- willingness to assist non-technical employees
- prefer Windows 2000 MCPs or higher
Requires work to be completed both independently and as a team member in various situations, and the ability to maintain composure and positive attitude while multitasking in a very fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal skills are required. This full time position requires extensive out of town travel.
